Feel good movies have always been in abundant in Telugu cinema most of them being Rom-coms. While in the past they used to be mostly melodramatic, the last decade saw a fresh breathe of romance that was light hearted and natural inching towards realism. Here is list of 19 movies that i have picked from 2010-2019 that one shouldn't miss.

I'm going to start with the best of the lot. In fact one of the best from the decade across Indian cinema.This one is the sheer definition of a 'Feel good movie'. Love across different ages and under different circumstances. Such beautiful episodes combined together with realistic characters making up for a poetic tale. All those acted in the movie are normal people from the region and that brings a lot of originality to the movie. A breath of fresh air in Telugu cinema among all the commercial potboilers and melodramas. Absolutely mind-blown with the climax. Stop everything that you are doing and watch this uncompromising and unadulterated gem of a movie.

Mallesham is heart warming portrayal on real life of Padmashri Chintakindi Mallesham's ,the man who pursued relentlessly in building a machine that would ease the struggles faced by the silk weavers after seeing his mother suffering. Such an inspirational cinema with terrific performances from Priyadarshi(Comedian- in Pelli Choopulu,Geetha Govindham ). Yet another uncompromising, realistic and pure cinema that would sweep your hearts.

A 70 year old woman(Lakshmi) who has dedicated her life in the upbringing her son and grandchildren all these years, gets a second chance when she is turned into 25 year old herself(Samantha). A fun-filled light hearted feel -good movie with all right emotions delivering a sumptuous meal for the family audiences.Samantha's career best performance and she has just aced the dream character.Enjoy the roller coaster ride with Savitri aka Baby!

Vijay Devarakonda's first film as a lead actor in Telugu and what a way to start his career as a charming lover boy. Prashanth(VJ) and his family visit the wrong address and meet with chitra(Ritu Varma) and family who are also waiting for the groom's visit. Amid this mix-up they both get locked in a room and start discussing about their life.While the match meeting doesn't end up right they later become partners in a startup and love brews. Pelli choopulu is Romantic comedy at its best! A feast to all those who love this genre. A new age unadulterated romance and comedy in the right mix making it a fell good entertainer.

The on and off love story between Karthik and Anjali over different periods of life from school life to their middle ages. Another beautifully made movie with a waffer thin story-line and mix of emotions all through. In lines with Neethane en pon vasantham/Yeto Vellipoyindhi Manasu, Who other than Sumanth to play the innocent ,whole hearted lover(anand,Godavari fame), he is a charm.
If you are the yearning for heart warming love story then Malli Raava is yours.
